Halloween season is here and I come bearing an appropriate pattern! :D Here's my new spider beret crochet pattern!
Make an adorable spider beret with this crochet pattern! Real spiders might creep you out, but not this cutie! You can wear this hat to a Halloween party, or at your local coffee shop, she's very versatile. Her tiny little fangs will win everyone's hearts.
The crochet pattern is available here at HELLOhappy, Etsy, Ravelry, Ribblr, and soon at LoveCrafts.
My spider beret is definitely pretty beginner friendly, you might struggle a little with the face if you're not very experienced, but that's about it! The hat itself is very easy.
- Worsted (weight 4) yarn (I used exactly 1 skein of Impeccable from Loops & Threads for the hat & legs)
- 2.75mm, 4mm, 5mm, and 5.5mm hooks
- yarn needle
- Fray Check (or a different fabric stiffener)
- Optional: two 20mm black dome buttons (you could crochet the eyes instead of using buttons)
