How are items shipped?

Everything is shipped via USPS. 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately I cannot ship to the EU because of the new regulations. Shipping to most countries outside of the EU is possible.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed within the USA typically take 3-5 days, though may take up to 10 during the holiday season. It all depends on how the post office is handling things. Orders placed outside the USA can take 2-10 weeks to arrive. There’s no guessing how long getting through customs will take, so just bear with it, and sign up for text alerts with your tracking number on USPS.com.

When will you ship my item?

Each individual item says when it will ship by.

Can you rush my order for X day?

I offer priority shipping for USA customers, but I don’t take rush orders. Please order made-to-order items at least 4 or 8 weeks in advance (if you’re in the USA) to be sure you’ll receive your item on time. For international orders, it’s impossible to predict when your item will arrive, so unfortunately I can’t offer you any kind of guarantees.

Are returns accepted?

Because each item is handmade to order just for you, generally no returns are accepted. However, if an item arrived defective or broken, please contact me ASAP and we can work it out!
