Today I've got a new crochet pattern for y'all and it's VERY silly. It's an egg hair clip!

You can make any kind of expression you want for your egg. You could even make a whole bunch of them to tell people your mood for the day haha. "Uh oh, angry egg, everybody be nice to Sarah today!"

 

 

The pattern is simple, but it's the kind of pattern where every stitch counts, so you need to have a good, even tension for this. I'm recommending it for Advanced Beginners who are comfortable crocheting in the round and sewing things together.

 

Supplies

• worsted (weight 4) yarn
• 3.25mm hook
  
• yarn needle
  
• stuffing
  
• hair clip
  
• felt, fabric glue, and sewing clips
  
• embroidery floss or thread

Another idea is to add animal ears and make a cat, bunny, or bear egg! That would be super cute.
