I'm in Oregon! We finally finished our 1500 mile journey from New Mexico, which included a 4 night stay in gorgeous Newport, right on the ocean, followed by 12 nights of sleeping on air matresses in our new rental house...Um, not recommended by the way!! But our stuff finally arrived and we're about to have our first weekend spent NOT unpacking boxes so that's pretty great!
Look at the wonderful moss covered tree behind me! I love moss! Apparently it's seen as a monster here lol, because it takes over everything, but I've never lived anywhere with so much of it and it's making me really happy. :D
Now let's talk about my new crochet pattern: Slouchy Bear Beanie! I was clever and whipped this up the last week before I packed up my yarn, but I completely forgot it existed until a few days ago LOL. I was really surprised when I grabbed it out of a random tote bag, but then relieved cuz I had a pattern just waiting to be typed up!
This is a pretty quick and easy pattern to whip up on a weekend, and you can easily customize the size by simply adding or subtracting rows! Only the teen/adult size is included.
