Free Crochet Pattern: pretty flower headband
Hey guys, I’m back with a new, free crochet pattern; a pretty flower headband! This one’s super simple, but also super elegant. Personally I think it would be amazing for a wedding! Either the flower girl or the bride. 🙂

- 2 strands Paton’s lace yarn* in colorway vintage, or any fingering weight (2) yarn you like. If it’s a little fuzzy like mohair it looks even more delicate, I think! (*affiliate link)
- 3.5 mm hook
- yarn needle

This headband is two stranded. Insert your hook, with the back side of the flower facing you, into one of the dc stitches. Then start chaining! I did 85 chains for my very average sized head, so that’ll probably be a good number for most teens and adults. Some trial and error may be necessary depending on your yarn.
Join your chain to the dc next-to-the-next dc. Then do it again!
Then weave in your ends and you’ve got a purdy little headband. Because of the yarn, the flower shape is a little different from the original, so if you use Paton lace yarn you might want to do 5 petals instead of 6?
